Award winning GravureHD technology produces true to life image reproduction capturing fine detail and rich colour on a 360 degree real-estate.

Using inks that are compatible with recycling systems shrink sleeves are better for the environment than self-adhesive labels.

SUPER WHITES

Gravure inks produce clean whites with maximum opacity compared to some other print processes.

The use of strong opaque white ink aids in reducing the container ingredients impacting negatively on the packaging design and allows fine line work and colour graphics to appear more striking.

REAL METALLIC INKS

Gravure metallic inks create a true shine and lustre unlike other print processes. Full metallic backgrounds are striking and demand attention, or you can choose to highlight individual elements with subtle splashes of colour.

GLITTER EFFECTS

Brand enhancement can be easily achieved with the use of specialised sparkle pigments for that WOW factor.

Glitter inks come in a wide variety of colour combinations, each one delivering a new and different sparkle effect. Smaller particles produce a subtle shimmer, while larger particles deliver a more textured display of colour.

HIGH GLOSS FINISHES

High gloss material provides a premium finish for outstanding shelf visibility by increasing colour vibrancy, enhancing fine detail and providing protection from abrasion and scratches, without reducing the high gloss finish.

MATTE FINISHES

Matte finishes are often used in the food and beverage industry to produce a more ‘natural’ appearance to packaging designs. Use on selected areas only to create a tactile element to your packaging, or choose an all over matte look.

THERMOCHROMIC INKS

Add a fun and interactive dimension to your brands design by using thermochromic inks. Encourage consumer interaction by selecting certain areas to change their appearance when exposed to varying temperatures.

PHOSPHORESCENT INKS

Add a new dimension to your design by adding glow in the dark inks, they are invisible under normal light and come in a range of colours from green, blue and yellow tones.

LIGHT BLOCKING

We offer two types of light blocking technologies that protect milk products, artificial colours, flavourings, and vitamins from the harmful effects of UV light. As well as maintaining the integrity of your ingredients we offer an array of specialised inks and coatings from glitters to pearls, or matte and gloss finishes as well as tamper evident options allowing the sleeve to be effortlessly separated from its container, allowing for recycling.
