Labels printed in bulk on continuous web can be custom die-cut into their individual shape and stacked into bundles ready for their application process.  Used from food products to pharmaceutical industries die cut custom designed labels range from basic wrap around labels to more complex designs requiring additional functions such as creases, perforations and more depending on your packaging needs. Cartons provide strong and functional protection for its contents but they need to perform additional functions too.  Crease lines are strategically placed to ensure formation of the box is precise.  Glue sections are added preventing re-opening after processing is complete, and small easy tear perforations allow access to contents without having to remove the complete outer packaging.

Tamper sleeves are used as a reliable indicator of packaging tampering from food products to pharmaceuticals. They shrink tightly around the neck/lid (or sometimes the whole container as part of a full shrink sleeve) containing a vertical perforation for easy removal of the seal.  A variety of blade sizes for perforations are available

In-mould labels are printed, die-cut and then fused into their containers during manufacture producing a smooth and continuous surface that does not peal away or scuff.  With the availability of a wide range of materials to choose from, containers of all sizes and shapes can become fully branded (including lids).

Wrap around paper labels provide a great surface for a multitude of colours and different finishes.  Accurate die-cutting allows dependable adhesive application, producing a consistently applied label which is aesthetically pleasing while providing problem free, high performance run times.
